Jennifer joined RVCS in April 2025 as executive claims examiner. Jennifer possesses 29 years of professional claims handling experience on both the insurance carrier and TPA/IA side of the business. Jennifer is one of the firm’s leading experts in the areas of bodily injury liability claims, auto/general liability, commercial trucking, motor truck cargo, heavy equipment, auto physical damage, and subrogation recovery.
Jennifer regularly works in close collaboration with RVCS’ and client coverage/defense counsel teams on high exposure litigated cases where effective pre-trial conference, mediation, trial, and alternate dispute resolution/litigation management measures are successfully implemented to produce desired results. Prior to joining RVCS, Jennifer was with a National TPA for 8 years servicing the Lloyd’s of London E&S and U.S Property & Casualty domestic markets.
Previously, Jennifer was a lead claims examiner for a Virginia and New York based insurance carrier where she managed high exposure general liability, bodily injury, personal auto/trucking liability, cargo, heavy equipment, and auto material damage within various lines/classes of business including – national school district, private-charter school, college/university, childcare, churches, contractors, restaurant, wholesalers, auto dealership, energy/oil, manufacturing, and middle market programs in close collaboration with her underwriting and claim counterparts.
With the combination of Jennifer’s U.S. carrier and Lloyd’s TPA/IA experience, Jennifer is instrumental with RVCS’ successful execution of our best practice claims handling standards to provide our clients with industry leading business solutions. Jennifer successfully completed several insurance industry accredited coursework within the IIA, AICPCU, and earned her Associate in Claims designation. Jennifer holds adjuster’s licenses in almost all the 37 required state
