Who We Are
A LITTLE HISTORY: Roanoke Valley Claims Service was formed in 1999 as a one man operation servicing clients within a 100 mile radius of Roanoke, Virginia. In 2007 Court Enterprises, Inc., formed by Charles Witt, SCLA, AIC, AIS, a claims veteran, who at that time had more than 25 years of experience, purchased the name and assets of Roanoke Valley Claims Service.
Since that purchase RVCS has grown into a National Multi-Line Adjusting Firm servicing Insurance Carriers, Self-Insured Entities, Third Party Administrators and Municipalities across 40 STATES and the District of Columbia! In addition, RVCS has a fully dedicated division of casualty adjusters handling Liability/Casualty Claims across the country. RVCS is also a third party administrator firm serving Lloyd’s of London and the U.S. domestic market place.
Our Mission: RVCS exists to serve you. Whatever your needs!
That’s it! We don’t TELL you what we can do for you, or how we’re going to give it to you. We ASK what you need from us, and in what format you want it; then, we work with you as a partner to provide a prompt, professional product at a fair price.
